Just
Essential Oils are an internet based supplier of essential
oils to the trade and public. We are completely dedicated
to your total satisfaction - we want to retain you as a valued
customer, not lose you to another company.
We will endeavour to answer any of you email or written queries/complaints
in the shortest time possible - at the very least we will
acknowledge your correspondance and let you know when to expect
a full reply.

| Placing
an Order |
|
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to logon
or to enter your details. If you have not used the site before,
you will need to enter your personal details and a password
for the site, once these have been accepted you will be able
to logon in future using your email address as the username
and the password you selected. For your convenience, you will
be sent an email containing this information. You can also
change the number of any particular item you would like to
purchase here. If an item in your basket needs to be removed,
please click on the 'View Basket' button in the shop. When
you see the basket, tick on the item to be removed and click
the update button. The correct delivery charge will be automatically
added to your order at the checkout.
We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron,
eCheques or Solo payments securely online through PayPal.
If you
prefer, Paypal can be chosen for most debit/credit card payments.
Paypal members can choose this option and they will be directed
to Paypal's secure server on the final stage of checkout.
We also
accept cheque, postal order payments through the post. Please
do not send cash through the post, unless it is by recorded
or registered delivery. Please print a copy of the receipt
and send it together with your payment (cheques made payable
to 'Just Essential Oils') to the address on the 'contact us'
page.
Please
note cheques will usually take 5 working days to clear. eCheques
can take upto 7 working days to clear.
All prices
are in pounds sterling (GBP) and transactions will be processed
using the same currency.

| Postage
& Packaging |
|
Unless
'Special Delivery' is selected, all orders will be sent by
Royal Mail 1st class post. Your items will be insured up to
a value of £32.00 (but no more than the value of the
order). If the value of your goods are more than this, we
would recommend you add 'Special Delivery' to your basket
, as this will cover you order upto the value of £500)
should there be any damage or loss. If your parcel is valued
at over £32 and you do not choose 'Special Delivery',
Just Essential Oils can not be held responsible for the excessive
amount if the parcel is lost or damaged.
At present
all orders and deliveries are to the UK only, unless prior
arrangement has been made with ourselves.

| Delivery

We will
notify you by email when your order has been dispatched (internet
orders only).
All orders
are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Your order will
be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared
payment, please see Royal Mail's website to see their estimated
times of delivery. If the parcel is not delivered within 15
days, please advise us and we will be able to submit a claim
15 days after despatch. The Royal Mail will then investigate
this for you and issue a cheque approximately 2-3 weeks later
if they are found to be at fault. We will not be able to refund
any money or replace any goods until the Royal Mail has completed
their investigations. If the item is returned by the Royal
Mail marked 'not called for' you will need to pay the postage
again to have the items re-delivered. However, please allow
up to 15 working days for delivery, just in case there is
a delay with the Royal Mail service.
Please note: We cannot accept claims of non-delivery more
than one month from the original order date.

The
majority of items on our website are in stock, unless indicated.
If you have ordered an item and it is not in stock, we will
inform you of how long it is likely to take to get in stock.
You will always be given the option to cancel your order if
you would rather not wait. Should you choose to wait for the
item, we will dispatch the full order when all items are in
stock.

prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
There are no extra/hidden charges on our website. |

/ Debit Card Security |
All
credit card/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and sent directly
to PayPal for the complete transaction. They are not held in
clear text on any web site.

Just Essential
Oils offer a 'No Quibble Money-back Guarantee' and will offer
a full refund on all products purchased if you contact us
with 7 days of delivery and then return the products within
the agreed time-frame. Any items returned must be unused and
in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund
your postage in these circumstances.
All our
oils are guaranteed 100% pure and unadulterated and are certificated
from the suppliers. We therefore assure your satisfaction
and offer our products with a 7 day refund policy as shown
below.
If, in
the unlikely event, you feel the oils or any of our products
are not the high quality you were expecting, please contact
us by email or telephone, within 7 days of delivery and explain
your reasons. We will look into the matter immediately and
always endeavour to replace the product or refund your money
in full. However, the item would need to be returned within
the set time frame and as originally packaged (unfortunately,
we would not normally be able to refund your return postage
in this instance). Your statutory rights would not be affected.

Just Essential
Oils does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies
are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of
your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Once you register
on the site, your details will be stored, but will only be used
to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery
purposes.

to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

| Remittance
Terms |
If
paying by credit / debit card your payment will be taken instantly
by PayPal. If paying by post, we would require payment within 7 days
of purchase, if it is not received in this time we will email you
to see if you still want to proceed with the order.
