All
orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class postage, we cannot
offer any guarantees of delivery times as this is out of our
control, however, delivery should take no more than 2 working
days from the time of dispatch.
Standard
delivery is £2.00 for up-to 5 (five) 10ml bottles of
oil.
If your
order is for between 6 (six) and 10 (ten) 10ml bottles of
oils, delivery will be £3.00.
If your
order is for between 10 (ten) and 15 (fifteen) 10ml bottles
of oils, delivery will be £4.50.
For larger deliveries (eg 100ml bottles or litres of oil and/or
carrier oils), we have set a maximum delivery cost to you
of £6.50, regardless of the total weight of the order.
Postage
is free for orders over £99, however the cart will automatically
calculate the postage, so we just deduct it from your bill
when we process your order - or send you a refund if you're
using PayPal.
Delivery
will be calculated automatically as you add items to your
shopping cart.
For orders
in excess of £32, you should consider adding 'Royal
Mail Special Delivery supplement' to your order. This will
provide insurance cover over £32 and also guarantee
that your order will be delivered no later than 1pm the day
after we dispatch it. Please check the Royal
Mail website for more information on this service.
If you
still have not received your order 5 days after receiving
an email informing you that it has been shipped, please contact
us. However, we cannot proceed with a claim against Royal
Mail until 15 days after the order was posted.
Please note: We cannot accept claims of non-delivery more
than one month from the original order date.
We are
only able to accept orders from the UK, Isle of Man and the
Channel Islands at this time. However, if you live outside
these areas, please contact us to discuss postage costs.
